Within view, tomorrow, we have the impunity law, and we have already announced for September a super-reform that is really so "super" that it should in fact prevent the arrest of the Presidents of the Regions who are accepting bribes.

It’s interesting to start off with an article in il Corriere della Sera by the ambassador Sergio Romano who, given that he has been an ambassador, should be one who has traveled the world.

Si vede che l'ha girato ma non si è accorto di nulla perché ci spiega che c'è un problema in tutto il mondo ed è l'invadenza della magistratura.

Ecco, può darsi che queste persone in privato dicano delle cosacce sui magistrati, il fatto è che non le dicono mai in pubblico e soprattutto, quando hanno un processo, lo subiscono, a volte si dimettono, mai attaccano i loro giudici e mai cambiano le leggi per immunizzarsi dal loro processo.

It is possible that these people in private say bad things about the magistrates, the fact is that they never say them in public and above all, when they have a trial, they undergo it, at times they resign, never do they attack their judges and never do they change the laws to give themselves immunity.

La differenza è questa ma l'ambasciatore Romano non la coglie, è troppo raffinato nel suo modo di ragionare per accorgersi di questa banalissima differenza.

The President was travelling back and forth between the White House and the Grand Jury, the body collecting the evidence where he had to be interrogated, and he went with speed, otherwise impeachment would have been triggered, if he had been late at the hearing in front of the magistrates and in the end he was careful not to denounce persecutions."
