L'Italia ne è esclusa, il motivo è la burocrazia che opprime il nostro Paese.

Questo treno perso ha un significato profondo ed il giudizio è pesantissimo, i Paesi burocrati sono fuori dall'innovazione e dallo sviluppo.

(Ok, anche una parte del Canada è stata esclusa, ma è solo una parte.) I motivi sono i soliti: la burocrazia e le leggi fuori dal tempo che obbligherebbero Google a dialogare con Ministeri, notai, monopoli di Stato e compagnia bella, con il risultato inevitabile di una procedura lunga ed assurda.

(OK, even a part of Canada is excluded, but that’s just a part.) The reasons are the usual ones, the bureaucracy and the laws that are of another era that oblige Google to have a dialogue with Ministers, notaries, State monopolies and so on, with the inevitable result of a long and absurd process.
