Amici del blog, voglio raccontarvi un caso che mi riguarda personalmente, da cui si può trarre una morale della favola in ordine alla disinformazione, che è causa di decadenza della democrazia nel nostro Paese.

Nel 2006, due giorni prima delle elezioni, Il Giornale di Berlusconi sparò in prima pagina un titolo del tipo:

"Di Pietro denunciato, indagato", per una serie incredibile di reati.

Mi è sembrato di tornare ai tempi di Mani Pulite in cui, per ogni indagine che facevo, venivo sottoposto ad altre dieci indagini, come se la colpa fosse mia e non di quelli che avevano commesso i reati.

Si trattava di uno di quei personaggi in cerca d’autore che ogni giorno fanno una denuncia, ora nei confronti da una parte, poi dall’altra.

La denuncia in questione era del tutto campata in aria, però siccome dopo due giorni si votava, qualche cittadino avrà pensato: "chi me lo fa fare di votare Italia dei Valori?".
