Ecco il resoconto, sia del Consiglio dei Ministri, sia del Cipe, il comitato che si occupa di approvare le opere pubbliche, sia del cosìddetto Comitato dei Centocinquant'anni per le opere da fare in relazione ai 150 anni dalla data dell’unità d’Italia.

Bisogna occuparsi anche di questo, ma invece di comprare fiori, faremo opere di bene, mettendo a posto delle opere infrastrutturali o degli immobili che ricordano quella data, ma almeno facciamo una cosa che resta, perché se usiamo fiori il giorno dopo appassiscono.

Per quanto riguarda il Cipe, avevamo da definire la spesa dei soldi provenienti dal tesoretto, quello del decreto legge che avevamo approvato la settimana scorsa, e abbiamo utilizzato tutti i soldi in modo da dimostrare che questa volta, spendendo i soldi, questi non andranno in residuo passivo, ossia in casse ferme, e soprattutto spendendoli prima non aumenta la spesa e si va a fare la spesa esattamente per quelle cose che il Parlamento ha approvato, senza poi usare un domani i soldi di una cosa per farne un’altra.

Mentre avviene tutto questo però abbiamo da una parte un paese reale, con le sue necessità, le sue preoccupazioni, le sue priorità, e dall’altro un Consiglio dei Ministri, come per esempio quello di stamattina, che fa il suo dovere, che sta governando, perchè ha ricevuto la fiducia dei cittadini e anche del Parlamento, ultimamente, e quindi ha il dovere di governare.

Abbiamo deciso di prendere in mano il prodotto che ci ha consegnato il Senato nella finanziaria, vedere se è stato stravolto in qualche modo o se deve essere affrontato serenamente dal Consiglio dei Ministri nella sua azione, e abbiamo deciso di non presentare centinaia di emendamenti, ma di presentarli, previo un analisi e uno studio tutti insieme in modo unitario.

Un altro esempio riguarda gli stipendi dei dirigenti statali, cosi come confermata in Parlamento, va confermata questa idea che non possono avere stipendi alle stelle, a volte di milioni di euro anche per essere liquidati, ma nello stesso tempo abbiamo bisogno di ridare più equità ma anche più dignità alla meritocrazia, perché ci sono dirigenti che lavorano bene e dirigenti che dovrebbero essere mandati a casa al più presto.

Tutto questo sta avvenendo come azione concreta del Governo, mentre sotto l’aspetto della situazione generale ci auguriamo che al più presto si chiarisca questo quadro politico, a cominciare dal quadro elettorale possibile, affinché si passi a discutere meno di parole o di formule, ma più di fatti e contenuti.

All this is happening as a concrete action by the government, while as regards the general situation, we hope that this political scene becomes clearer, starting with a possible electoral situation, so that there can be less discussion of words and formulae, but more of facts and contents.
