The Milan judge had only just had time to send the documents to the Constitutional Court in relation to the unconstitutionality of the laws by which Berlusconi has been declared non-indictable as long as he is President of the Council, the so called "Lodo Alfano", that already another parliamentarian is concerned to extend the "lodo" to all Ministers, the so called "Lodo Consolo".

Another crafty thing, because it is like this that this government and this majority are thinking of resolving the problems.
4 |
"Every time that you catch me red-handed, instead of answering for what I have done, I create a regulation by which I say that what was a crime before is no longer a crime.

We must be watchful, because one-sided information makes us believe that they are doing something in the interests of the citizens and instead they are doing it for their own benefit.

I’m opening another window on something I’d like to invite you to think about, so that you can understand what is happening in this Parliament of "berlusconian employees and of employees who although they are in opposition, bend their head.

On 24 September in the Senate, there was the need to decided on the request to arrest a serving senator, who, to become a senator, provided false information about himself and so got elected in the "foreign constituency" and giving to believe that he lived abroad.

He swindled the State by giving false information so that he could be a candidate and he was elected. And once this was discovered, they put him on trial.
9 |
Dopodiché, come tutti i falsari, dovrebbe essere mandato via.
After that, like all those who act falsely, he should be sent away.
10 |
It’s just that he hasn’t yet resigned from Parliament.
11 |
Il risultato qual'è?
And what is the result?
12 |
If he does not resign, he continues to perpetuate the crime.
13 |
Quando smette di fare questo reato?
When will he stop committing this crime?
14 |
Quando smette di fare il parlamentare.
When he stops being a parliamentarian.
15 |
E questo che cosa fa?
And so what does he do?
16 |
He continues as a parliamentarian because no one can throw him out.
17 |
So the judge has asked for house arrest.
18 |
There is no case that is more classic than this to show how there is the need to be able to arrest a parliamentarian: he is committing a crime, he is flagrantly committing the crime and he continues to commit it.
19 |
In Parlamento hanno negato l'autorizzazione all'arresto, facendolo restare a fare quello che vuole.
In Parliament they have not given the authorization for the arrest, so letting him stay to do what he wants.
20 |
Who were the only parliamentarians that voted in favour of the arrest?
21 |
Those of Italia dei Valori, because this is a swindler, unlike the majority and the opposition.
22 |
Do you see that when a parliamentary institution bends like this, there is no guarantee of the certainty of the application of law, nor of the State based on the rule of law nor of a democratic State.
23 |
You have to ask yourself: "But why are all these parliamentarians doing this favour to this swindler?"
24 |
The response is: "today it’s his turn, tomorrow it will be my turn."
25 |
They are creating the precedent so that it’s enough to be a parliamentarian and then not have anything to worry about any more.
26 |
Once upon a time, whoever wanted to commit delinquent acts was a fugitive, now they aspire to being a parliamentarian.
