Il ministro della giustizia Alfano, dopo l'impunità alle quattro più alte cariche dello Stato, vuole lasciare un solco ancora più profondo nella storia della giustizia avviandosi verso un indulto mascherato.

La soluzione del braccialetto elettronico è completamente inutile e destinata a fallire come accaduto in altri paesi, cosi come è destinata a fallire l'espulsione dei detenuti stranieri se non si ha la certezza di accompagnarli nel loro Stato ed essere certi che scontino la pena del reato compiuto.
