   7  Receptionist: Oh right. Just one moment please. (she picks up the phone and taps three numbers). Mr. Fielding, the new temp is waiting downstairs. Oh…okay. Yes, certainly, I'll tell her now. Okay. (She puts down the phone). Mr Fielding will be down in a moment, if you'd like to wait here in reception. Would  you like some coffee?  

Receptionist: Oh right. Just one moment please.   Oh giusto. Solo un momento per_piacere>>>Ah, sì. Solo un momento, prego.

   9  Receptionist: I'm afraid this building is a non-smoking building. Most people nip outside in the coffee break to smoke. If you get caught, there's a fine, so don't set off the smoke alarms, whatever you do!
